These terms govern your use of the Faraj Institute website and our text messaging program.
Program description. Faraj Institute operates a text messaging program that sends donation confirmations and thank-you acknowledgements, fundraising appeals and campaign updates, announcements and reminders for classes, lectures, and community events, holiday and religious greetings, and general updates about our educational and community programs.
How to opt in. You opt in by providing your mobile number and checking the consent box at farajinstitute.org/signup. Consent is not a condition of donating or of participating in any program.
Message frequency. Message frequency varies. You will receive a message each time you complete a donation, and we expect to send no more than approximately four additional messages per month.
Cost. Message and data rates may apply. Faraj Institute does not charge for these messages, but your mobile carrier's standard rates apply.
How to opt out. Reply STOP to any message at any time. You will receive a single confirmation message and will not receive further messages. You may also email [email protected] to be removed.
How to get help. Reply HELP to any message, email [email protected], or call (630) 362-4609.
Supported carriers. AT&T, Verizon Wireless, T-Mobile, US Cellular, Boost Mobile, MetroPCS, Cricket, and other major US carriers. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Delivery is subject to effective transmission by your mobile carrier and is not guaranteed.
Privacy. We do not sell, rent, or share mobile phone numbers or SMS consent with any third party for marketing or promotional purposes. See our Privacy Policy for details.
Donations are processed through a third-party payment platform and are generally non-refundable. If you believe a donation was made in error, contact us and we will work with you in good faith. Faraj Institute is a nonprofit organization; consult a tax advisor regarding deductibility of your contribution.
